Canadian Act for Solidarity in Education

LIBRARY
Reading is a school success feature and an important factor that reduces the language barrier for better results at school. A reading culture is the foundation of learning and has cross-cutting positive effects throughout the school curriculum.
The Library program targets junior high school and high school students who live in areas where access to academic books might be a challenge. Books of reputed authors, classics of French literature, course textbooks and training manuals for exams preparation are provided to them through the establishment of public community libraries.
