My soft skills

Coordination is key
I have the ability to see many moving pieces and make a plan for all the pieces to come together. I work in puzzle to consider the big picture and find ways to realize one coherent deliverable.

H2H - Human to Human relations
I am skilled in building and maintaining relationships, developing interactions and using diplomacy. I value giving and receiving constructive criticism, being tolerant and respectful regarding others' opinions, and empathizing with them. This is one of my key soft skills, essential to building teams with a strong foundation of trust and accountability.

Knowledge is power
Every day, we make dozens of decisions that define our future. They often come in a series of interconnected information and encourage us to be thorough and rigorous. Collecting and analyzing key information is crucial to support right decision-making. I know how to.

Devil is in details
I understand and appreciate the value of joining forces and working in partnership to accomplish goals. But along with engaging in productive collaboration with my co-workers, learning from each other and moving ahead with a common agenda, I never lose sight of the details that, if overlooked, might ruin the whole process.
My personal interests

Writing is one of my major interests. Through my pen, I got to stand up for causes that are dear to me. It reveals who I am and the role I like to play within my community as an opinion leader.
